Fixed in master. Notice that numericPassword is supported in API version 11 (honeycomb) or upper. The toolbox will not show that component anymore if you are targeting an earlier version. However, if you switch to api 11, add the widget and then switch to 10, you'll still get the build error, but that's by design.
