Steps to reproduce:

1) Create a new MFA app
2) Navigate to line 19 of Activity1.cs
3) Place cursor inside the parentheses (bundle)
4) Edit->Show parameter list

Expected behavior:

Actual behavior:
Nothing happens


1) Create new MFA app
2) Navigate to line 19 of Activity1.cs
3) Delete base.OnCreate (bundle)
4) Start re-typing base.OnCreate (bundle)

When you type the first (

Do you have that for something different than MFA ?

Yes here it is in the avTouch sample, avTouchViewController.cs, line 38 (monotouch-5.4 branch)

First behavior:

Expected ( 

Actual (2.9.6):
Doing 'Show Parameters' while the cursor is inside ("images/play.png") has no effect

Second behavior:
Same project, same file, same line, deleting the parameters of StretchableImage and then re-typing the '('

The second behavior is expected - empty documentation is no longer shown.

The bug is just show parameters doesn't work inside string literals - that's far from high or critical. (We've data loss bugs marked as normal btw.)
