		using (var stream = File.OpenWrite (fileName))
			serializer.Serialize ($, this);

In this case if i try to write 'stream' where the dollar sign is, MonoDevelop will try to insert 'stream:' as it assumes i want a named parameter. This makes it impossible to use my local variable directly.
