repro project

### Overview
On W10 Mobile, the CommandBar overlays the content in a NavigationPage.

### Steps to Reproduce
1. Run the attached UWP project on Mobile

### Expected Results
The two Labels and Button are visible at the bottom of the page.

### Actual Results
The second Label is cut off and the Button is not visible at all.

I have checked this issue with Xamarin.Forms and this issue is working fine.

Hence closing this issue.
