Sample project demonstrating the issue

Today I updated to XF and noticed that the toolbar is not on top (as it was with XF Instead it is on the bottom. OK, it seems that this has been changed.

If you now press on the three dots (EllipsisButton/MoreButton) the text for a ToolbarItem should appear under the icon. In the older version the height of the toolbar changed for this. Now the height stays the same and the text is cut off.

It is becoming tedious if you update XF to fix an error, but get at the same time a new error.

I'm providing a sample application. In my real application the three dots always appear, in the sample not (don't know why, because in older version of XF they do). Therefore I'm using the secondary toolbar to replicate the effect. The problem only occurs if you use a toolbar on a page embedded into a NavigationPage.

I haven't mentioned that the problem occurs on the UWP app.

Are you seeing this problem on phone or desktop (or both)?

If you would prefer to have the toolbar on the top instead of the bottom, you may change this with the ToolbarPlacement Platform Specific option.

using Xamarin.Forms.PlatformConfiguration;
using Xamarin.Forms.PlatformConfiguration.WindowsSpecific;
