~/SmapleFirebaseiOS/iOS/MTOUCH: Error MT3001: Could not AOT the assembly '~/SmapleFirebaseiOS/iOS/obj/iPhone/Debug/build-iphone8.4-9.3.1/mtouch-cache/Build/Firebase.Analytics.dll' (MT3001) (SmapleFirebaseiOS.iOS)

I tried rebuild, by closing solution, It is not working.

Is there any resolution available for this error

Please include your full build logs, crash reports (if any), test case (to reproduce) and all version informations.

The easiest way to get exact version information is to use the "Xamarin Studio" menu, "About Xamarin Studio" item, "Show Details" button and copy/paste the version informations (you can use the "Copy Information" button).

Just a quick not to add that a MT3001 error [1] is generic error code that simply means the AOT compiler did not produce any output. In most cases this means the AOT compiler crashed - but the reasons why can vary a lot (e..g corrupted file, obfuscated assembly, bugs).

Like @Vincent asked we'll need the full build log to see what happened (confirm it's a crash). Afterward we'll likely needs a test case that allow us to duplicate the issue. Most time just attaching the .dll to the bug report is enough. Thanks!

I recently had the same issue with an error and not building with Xamarin.Firebase.iOS.Analytics(https://components.xamarin.com/view/firebaseiosanalytics)

After disabling "Incremental Builds" for debug, the error does not occur anymore.

This is most likely a dup of bug #43689.
