Auto scroll

Using version 0.38, selecting a frame in the call tree forces the view to scroll to the right, hiding the performance values.

This makes the navigation and analysis of the frames very difficult.

Making rows selectable globally, not per-cell, would make a lot more friendly.

This issue has been fixed with Profiler v1.0.0-12
