messages or log files if you are hitting an issue that looks similar to
this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
I have this error:
/Users/venere/Projects/Amministratore/MTOUCH: Error MT4109: Failed to compile the generated registrar code. Please file a bug report at http://bugzilla.xamarin.com (MT4109)
when I run on device
I don't know if you are using Visual Studio or Xamarin Studio but in XS if you double click on the error it sends you here: https://developer.xamarin.com/guides/ios/troubleshooting/mtouch-errors/#MT4109_Failed_to_compile_the_generated_registrar_code._Please_file_a_bug_report_at_httpbugzilla.xamarin.com
This is where we're able to put a little bit more information about MT errors.
Therefore as it is explained in the above link we'd need your build log which contains the output from the native compiler and explains why the code isn't compiling as well as a test case or your project to reproduce the issue.

You're using an API that uses UIPress:
/Users/venere/Projects/Amministratore/obj/iPhone/Debug/build-iphone5.2-10.0.2/mtouch-cache/registrar.m:3865:124: error: unknown type name 'UIPress'\
static BOOL native_to_managed_trampoline_81 (id self, SEL _cmd, MonoMethod **managed_method_ptr, UIGestureRecognizer * p0, UIPress * p1, const char *r0, const char *r1, const char *r2, const char *r3)\
and at the same time you're using Xcode 7.0 (which contains the iOS 9.0 SDK):
> Using Xcode 7.0.1 found in /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer\
the problem is that UIPress was introduced in iOS 9.1 (even though Apple's documentation states it was introduced in iOS 9.0, the class is nowhere to be found in the iOS 9.0 SDK).
So the fix is simple: just update your Xcode.
