The SearchBar control does not render correctly on a Lenovo Tab S8-50L. The PlaceHolder and text appear to be cutoff.

**Steps to Reproduce**:

1. Create a page and add this code:

<SearchBar x:Name="searchBar" Placeholder="Søgning" VerticalOptions="StartAndExpand" />

2. Run on that specific device.

**Actual Results**:

See attached screenshot

**Expected Results**:

PlaceHolder text should be fully visible.

**Build Date & Platform**:

XF 2.3.2

**Additional Information**:

I ran on other devices and it appears to be OK:

There also appears to be another strange thing with SearchBar on this device. The output shows a few warning messages like:

> E/SpannableStringBuilder(12961): SPAN_EXCLUSIVE_EXCLUSIVE spans cannot have a zero length

This happens when trying to search for a string value and then deleting the string.
