Description Radhakrishna 2012-04-21 09:30:07 UTC
Color.Empty or Color.Transparent not working for Hatchbrush backgrounds using C# on Mono. Its working fine on windows but not on Mac.

System.Drawing.Drawing2D.HatchBrush hathcBrush = new

The created brush's background is transparent on windows but not on Mac . Our requirement is that the brush's background should be transparent. We are unable to achieve that on Mono-Mac.

Mono's System.Drawing on Mac has limitations like this.
Comment 2 Radhakrishna 2012-12-19 09:23:02 UTC
Does this has been handled in the latest releases ?

Comment 3 Miguel de Icaza [MSFT] 2012-12-19 11:56:25 UTC
No, it means that we are aware of the limitations. I do not believe these have been fixed in any recent versions of it.
