messages or log files if you are hitting an issue that looks similar to
this resolved bug and you do not yet see a matching new report.
The Archive Manager in Visual Studio will only ask once which channel you'd like to distribute your app on. It will then default to that selection for all future apps as well. The only way to get back to the selection screen is to hit the "Back" button when there is a "Step Wizard" that shows your current step. One should also be able to select the step in the wizard to move back/forwards in the publishing process:
