Sometimes text vanishes while typing in the editor. It seems like it has to do with unfinished lines or open strings. starting a line with a semicolon seems to stop the problem in some cases.

It's the semantic highlighting - turn it off.

I've problems reproducing it - maybe we've too many monodevelop versions floating around.

I disabled semantic highlighting till I've the time to revisit the parser stuff.  (=NewResolver branch)
