No method documentation

When you move mouse over the methods in code editor or invoke context menu by typing ".", it would be good to show in the context menu for what actually the certain method is good for.

Now it shows only method signature and no method documentation or examples of usage.

I am not sure but perhaps it is related to Bug 4234.

From MonoDevelop PoV it's fixed - we're showing the documentation, but it's not very helpful - since a lot of documentation is missing - esp. in gtk#.

For the FrameEvent we're showing "FrameEvent event." - that's all monodevelop can get :/
