Steps to reproduce:

1. Open attached project and deploy to Android emulator/device.
2. App should deploy successfully.

Actual result: "Refreshing" spinner doesn't appear at First loading of Android app. Refreshing spinner does appear when click on refresh button.

Expected result: "Refreshing" spinner should appear at First loading of Android app.

NOTE: Its working fine with iOS.

AFAIK this is exactly the same as the following bug, which was fixed for iOS but not Android: https://bugzilla.xamarin.com/show_bug.cgi?id=31842

I have checked this issue with latest Xamarin.forms version and observed that this issue has been fixed on both platform iOS and Android.

Hence closing this issue.
