Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a xamarin iOS workbook application.
2. Go to File-> Add Package

Actual Result: Add Package menu is disable.
Expected Result: Add package menu should be enable.

NuGet packages are not yet supported for iOS workbooks on Windows.

Please test with WPF workbooks.

(see release notes for other known NuGet restrictions)
