The remarks of Image.IsOpaque is ambiguous
"If true, you'll be able to see through transparent parts of the image."

First, I don't know intent of Image.IsOpaque
If I want to show partially transparent image, should be set to true or false?

If we according to iOS guide
"You should always set the value of this property to NO if the view is fully or partially transparent."
It should be set to false

I think "If true, transparent parts of the image become visible." it is more clear.

I've updated the text and submitted a PR. I'm waiting on some internal blocks before I can merge this to master and cherry-pick it to release. The gist is that IsOpaque is a renderer hint. If it's true, the renderers on certain platforms can forgo drawing behind the image or control.
