I have visual Studio community 2015 with windows 10

I start a new cross platform development and get above message

The problem is that one of the assemblies or projects referenced by your project references App4.Droid.dll, and App4.Droid.dll can't be found.

The fix is to add App4.Droid.dll as an assembly reference to your project, or remove/"fix" the assembly that is referencing App4.Droid.dll.
