Could you please provide some more specifics about the issue. Is this a build error, a runtime error? Can you provide a sample project?

Hello, thank you for your response.
The problem is that I am using visual studio 2015 to build and application on xamarin and only the windows 8.1 emulator is working. I believe that i did the install correctly from the beginning.
I appreciate your help.

I'll have to forward your problem to the team that works on Visual Studio.

Thanks Greg,

Hi Jihene,

Do you get this issue trying to debug an specific application on some specific emulator ?
If that's the case, can you please clarify what's the target emulator that doesn't work with image details? Also, have you tried with an Android Blank App from scratch getting the same issue?
Additionally, it would be extremely helpful if you can share the following information:

1. Xamarin Logs
Go to the menu "Help - Xamarin - Zip Logs". Please attach that zip file to the bug report.

2. Environment information
Go to the menu "Help - About Microsoft Visual Studio" and press "Copy Info". Please paste that info in a Bugzilla comment.

As we've introduced several improvements around android VS extension, I'll mark the bug as resolved.
Please feel free to reopen it if you can still reproduce the issue with current bits.
