   The following code produces an exception when trying to load a certificate from a public authority. 

    > string password = "password";
    > byte[] certData = File.ReadAllBytes (NSBundle.MainBundle.ResourcePath + "/MPS201605177570.pfx");

    > X509Certificate2 cert = new X509Certificate2(NSBundle.MainBundle.ResourcePath + "/MPS201605177570.pfx", password);

**Actual Results:**
