Xamarin.iOS.dll, monotouch.dll and Xamarin.TVOS.dll all contain the fundamental Point/Size/Rectangle types from the System.Drawing namespace. Xamarin.WatchOS.dll does not.
I'm filing this just because it's inconsistent. This is tangentially related to bug #42577 though.
The proper fix, as suggested by marek safar, is to reference the System.Drawing.Primitives nuget. This let my project compile.
This was by design and no one (on iOS/Mac call) could give any argument to introduce it back into the platform assembly.
