This is with rev. 9bc2138a on Windows.
- Open some layout (the default Main LinearLayout would be enough), open Property tab in the toolbox.
- It would be on "Widget" tab within the property tab (which I confirmed this issue). Any page that has many items enough to show up the scrollbar is OK.
- Move cursor to the scrollbar, and drag it to scroll down to bottom.
- Then try to enter the last (bottom) item.
It will scroll back to the top.
It is not limited to the last item. Any item that "would have been invisible before scrolling down" reproduces this issue.
I confirmed this with the latest 4.1 p7 build, if that matters. Gtk# is from the latest stable one from mono-project.com (2.12.10).
