Description Alan McGovern 2012-04-04 10:23:04 UTC
1) Write: var v = "Foo
2) Press the enter key before appending the ending "
3) This creates a multiline string. Now press alt-backspace to delete the automatically inserted '"' char.

Result: The texteditor scrolls all the way to the top. See screencast for visual example:

I had 100% the same file and did what you did - guess what ?

Editor didn't jump. However looking at the source I found at least one thing that shouldn't be there - I removed it and hope for the best.

The text editor event chain has become quite complex, the problem could be in the indentation text editor extension as well. Without having a 100% repro case it's hard do find.

Reopen, if the issue still appears.
