Repo Case

We have a carousel View

1. Navigate to the Second item in the carousel View
2. rotate the device.

Carousel view now shows you item number one.

This only happens on iOS

This also happens when navigating away with Navigation.PushAsync.

I was able to reproduce this issue with the attached project and I am confirming the report so the team can investigate further.

### Steps to reproduce
1. Run the iOS project
2. Swipe over to the second item
3. Rotate the device/sim

### Expected Results
The second item will remain the screen.

### Actual Results
The CarouselView resets to the first item.

### Other Observations
The issue seems to only happen when going from portrait to landscape. If you are in landscape and on the second item, rotating the screen will not change the current item. Once in portrait though, rotating the screen back to landscape will cause the bug.

### Version Tests
- Forms.CarouselView 2.3.0-pre1 BAD
- Forms.CarouselView 2.3.0-pre2 BAD
