The breakpoint line marker (red) in the source editor sometimes renders over the active execution line marker (yellow).

The execution line marker should always be inserted after the breakpoint line marker.

If I remove and re-add the breakpoint, the order becomes correct. So it looks like MD handles it correctly in some cases.

The correct thing would be not drawing the breakpoint marker when a current line marker is active in that line.

Even if the current line marker repaints over the breakpoint marker it is just wasting time doing it.

Painting is a slow operation and should be done with care.

Added a possible fix.
