Sample project

I'm trying to create a list with a visible separator but without the default inset on iOS. I can easily implement that with custom renderers for ListView and ViewCell, but if I set the ListView to use the RecycleElement CachingStrategy, it stops working.

Please find attached a sample project.

Issue screen shot

Sorry if I wasn't clear on the description. I've added a screen shot to show what I was talking about.
Technically this is not a duplicate of the SeparatorVisibility bug.

I have checked this issue and observed that this is a different issue from #39802, and this issue still exist with latest forms version 2.3.2-pre1.

Screencast: http://www.screencast.com/t/vxrm39ik5

Hence reopened this issue.

Re-validated with sample against latest Xamarin.Forms and is valid. Changing the XAML to retain will adjust the inset where Recycle ignores it.

Sample is valid and good use case of it.

Issue stils exist in

The sample project shows only "Welcome" for each item. If set the list to:

<ListView x:Name="list" />

The inset will show, even disabling caching or using custom renderers.

Uploading new testcase.
