The iOS method takes a (CGFloat *) for actualFontSize: On input, a pointer to a floating-point value. On return, this value contains the actual font size that was used to render the string.
I was going to check the binding for NSString sizeWithFont:minFontSize:actualFontSize:forWidth:lineBreakMode: but can't seem to find this method in MonoTouch.
You're right about drawAtPoint:forWidth:withFont:minFontSize:actualFontSize:lineBreakMode:baselineAdjustment: it should a a "ref float"
and sizeWithFont:minFontSize:actualFontSize:forWidth:lineBreakMode: was not bound (originally) because of issues wrt "ref float".
I'll check (prety sure it's fixed) about the issue and fix/add them. Thanks for the report.
QA: unit tests added in both master and 5.2-series
