Description Csaba Halász 2012-04-02 16:25:22 UTC
Given this sample code:

namespace Test
    class TestClass
        void FooBar(string[] args)

Suppose you suddenly decide the method should instead be just "Foo()" so you mark the "Bar(string[] args)" and try to type () to replace the selection. Instead, monodevelop removes the selection highlight and inserts the () after the existing text, ie. you get "void FooBar(string[] args)()"

Similar thing happens for brackets [] and braces {} too. Other characters, including <>, seem to work as expected.
