Created attachment 16351 [details]

This is the XAML code:

    <Label Margin="6,20,0,0" Text="New Page Button Height Test (width more large, button height more small)"/>
    <Grid  Margin="6,10,0,0" HeightRequest="50">

      <Button Grid.Column="0" Text="Back" HorizontalOptions="Start"/>
      <Button Grid.Column="1" Text="Save" HorizontalOptions="End"/>
    <ListView x:Name="lvLists" Margin="0,10,0,0">
              <Label Margin="10" Text="{Binding }" HorizontalOptions="StartAndExpand" />

And this is the code:

public Page1 ()
            InitializeComponent ();

            lvLists.ItemsSource = new ObservableCollection<string> { "Test1", "Test2", "Test3", "Test4", "Test5", "Test6", "Test7", "Test8", "Test9", "Test10", "Test11", "Test12", "Test13", "Test14", "Test15", "Test16", "Test17", "Test18", "Test19", "Test20", "Test21", "Test22", "Test23", "Test24", "Test2", "Test25" };

The problem is :the Button height more small when the page width more larger, Is there anyone know what is the problem and how to fix it? Thank you.

More detail see the screenshot(on the attachment).

This will fix it:

[assembly: ExportRenderer(typeof(Button), typeof(MyNamespace.CustomButtonRenderer))]
namespace MyNamespace.Renders
    public class CustomButtonRenderer : ButtonRenderer
        protected override void OnElementChanged(ElementChangedEventArgs<Button> e)

            if (null != Control)
             Control.Padding = new Windows.UI.Xaml.Thickness(0, 0, 0, 0);

But the problem is all button looks like very small.

Obviously the problem source is : you guys not include the padding when calculate the size of all control. (Not only Button, maybe some other control also has the problem). That's why the original button always only show half because the original padding not include in calculate.

I hope you guys add "Padding" property for the control. that will fix problem. Or....if you can't add the "Padding" right now, just temporarily fix the not calculate padding size problem. Thank you.
