I have tried to reproduce this issue and not able to reproduce this issue on C7SR1 and C8 build. To reproduce this issue I have follow following steps:
1. Create a Cocoa Unified App.
2. Add following code to the end of DidFinishLaunching method.

    NSWindow w = NSApplication.SharedApplication.MainWindow;
    NSView v = new NSView (new CoreGraphics.CGRect (0, 0, 100, 100));
    w.ContentView.AddSubview (v);
Place a breakpoint at the end of the function and debug.

3. Type "w" in the watch window, and expand it a few times.
4. Type "v" in the watch window, and expand it a few times.

Observed that application does not crash.
