It would be great if the file extension "md" is used for xamarin workbooks, so Github and other markdown readers can be used to read and edit the content. 

And the "workbook" file extension can be used to group all the md pages and for json meta data indicating the workbook type.

We think that it would be best if GitHub adds support for .workbook to be rendered with their smart markdown reader, instead of overloading the meaning that it currenlty has
