When I was on Beta channel, for "SSL/TLS implementation" in the "iOS Build" we had selected "Mono" which set the value of the MtouchTlsProvider in the CSPROJ file to "Legacy"
When we switched to Alpha channel, we get a build error on this and when we selected "Mono" again, it sets the value of the MtouchTlsProvider in the CSPROJ file to "Default"
Is this an intended change or an oversight?
It's an intended change, but the release dates of both beta and alpha channel are, right now, quite different. To clarify:
* XI 9.8 (C7) ships, as RC2, with the default being the AppleTLS implementation.
* XI 9.9 preview (C8) was not updated since then, so it still has it's default to the Mono (legacy) implementation. That will change once we refresh the preview.
Amm you do understand that I was talking about "Default" as the value being set in the CSPROJ file?
So when I select "Mono" in Alpha, it sets the following key in the CSPROJ file
Should this not be "Legacy" like in the Beta?
