Simple Test Application

Test Case


   A TextCell with IsEnabled = false is still touchable in a TableView.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

   1. Run the attached sample on Android
   2. Tap the TextCell labelled "Enabled" and the third cell will change.
   3. Tap the TextCell labelled "Not Enabled" and the third cell will change.

**Actual Results:**

   Cell reacts to interaction

**Expected Results:**

   Cell should not react to interaction

   VS 2015.2

   Tested in XAP

This is a binding issue. If you remove the binding, the cell seems disabled as expected.

If you look at TextCell.cs, you will see that the cell is enabled if it's given an executable command. Not sure why it was designed like this.
