Use to reproduce exception

Steps to reproduce this:

1. Decorate a property in a class that derives from ConfigurationElement with
[ConfigurationProperty(nameProperty, IsKey = true, DefaultValue = "Name", IsRequired = true)]
      [StringValidator(MinLength = 1)]

2. Set property value to null

3. A ConfigurationErrorsException is thrown.

In Microsoft .NET, you can set a property value to null, even if the property is decorated with a [StringValidator] attribute.
