When the caret is in the position of an enum function argument, the completion list shows up in suggestion mode, with the enum values, along with other symbols that are in scope and could be valid. This is correct behaviour.

If one chooses the enum *name* (instead of a value) then presses "." to see its values/members, the list should be in completion mode. However, as this video shows, it's in suggestion mode:
