Open the "Name conventions" dialog from Project->Project Options->Source code for a C# project that currently has "Parent Policy" naming style selected. Edit one of the entries. The entry gets updated as expected, but the naming style stays "Parent Policy". Closing and reopening the dialog then reverts back to the parent policy settings, and the changes made are lost. Manually changing the style to "Custom" works.

Not sure if NameConventionPanelWidget can be made non-public, test compilation was successful though
fixed, thanks for the fix (I only used a Changed event instead).
