Description Gutemberg 2016-05-04 15:44:34 UTC
# Steps to reproduce
Have a look on https://github.com/xamarin/Xamarin.Forms/blob/master/Xamarin.Forms.Core/Properties/AssemblyInfo.cs#L23-L56

# Expected behavior
Types from Xamarin.Forms.Core that are required on any Xamarin.Forms.Platform.XXX must be public.

# Actual behavior
All types are only available to Xamarin.XXX dlls which makes impossible to add new platforms to Xamarin.Forms. To cheat on that, we have to change our assembly name to Xamarin.Forms.Platform.WP8 for instance. That is really unecessary today and block any new platform to join into.

# Supplemental info (logs, images, videos)
I understand that before the Xamarin is OSS'ed they were internal and only supported platforms are allowed however, today people want to add new ones but are blocked by this limitation. Please change it all to public on each type necessary.
