Using the following XAML, which results in the attached error message indicating that the type is not found. This error message is incorrect, the type does indeed exist in the namespace specified. Project builds and runs successfully.

This issue is because we do not interpret and use the `x:Class="SweatRecordMobile.View.WorkoutNarratives.WorkoutNarrativePage"` attribute for the top level item when in design mode. It's a limitation we need to address.

Jason, we'll need some changes in forms to support this. I've marked it as a C8 blocker so we can track it properly!

Update: We're still waiting for the second method which will give us the correct `System.Type` associated with the piece of xaml we are working with. For example if the underlying type of our xaml is a `class MyCustomView : Page` then it'll give us a `System.Type` for MyCustomView.
