Main.cs containing minimal source to reproduce problem

Description of Problem:

Dll not found exception

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a console application with the attached Main.cs file.
2. Compile the attached foo.cpp c++ (gcc invocation at top of file).
3. Run the ExternalLib solution.

Actual Results:

Dll not found exception.

Expected Results:

No exception.

How often does this happen?

Additional Information:

I seem to only be able to attach one file so here is the c++ code:

calder@pharos:/tmp$ cat foo.cpp
// Compile with:
// gcc -o libfoo.so -DPLATFORM64 -fPIC -shared foo.cpp

extern "C" {void foo();}

void foo() {}

If you need to attach an entire solution, you can use a zip file or tarball.

Are you certain that your library has the same architecture (32/64) as the Mono process?

You can find some troubleshooting info here:

Yes absolutely.

Not an XS bug.
