The User is creating an app with a slider control with Min value as 0 and Max is 10. Slider is initialized with value 5. It works fine with English Language however when user changes the language in settings on his device to Italian the value of slider is set to Max (10)

### Expected Result
The behavior of slider should be consistent across cultures and locale.
### Actual Results
Slider is set to Max value with Italian language.
Related to another filed issue with the same project, using OneWayToSource instead of TwoWay for the Slider's binding causes it to work as expected.
