Intellisense does not work in Immediate Window during Design time or when debugging with a Xamarin Android project. I verified it does work with a native UWP project.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Open Visual Studio 2015 (I am on Update 2, but reporting customer i experiencing the same with Update 1)
2. Create a new Xamarin Android Blank project.
3. Place a breakpoint on the `button.Click += ...` line and deploy the app.
4. When the app's UI is displayed, click the Click me button.
5. When the breakpoint is hit, open the Immediate Window (Ctl-alt-i or Debug->Windows->Immediate)
6. In Immediate Window start typing:
Expected result: Intellisense window should open with suggested completions.
Actual result: No intellisense.
Try the same with a UWP app, placing the breakpoint anywhere in the launch code, and you will see the Intellisense kick in. Note that this should also work during Design time, and does with UWP but not with XA. I did not test iOS.
