Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an Android App
2. Right click Packages > Add Google Play Service
3. Select all the packages
4. Click OK

Expected
Package Acceptance dialog is shown for required packages and the user selects Accept/Decline

Actual:
Some of the packages show up dialog, can be selected and then rest of the dialog lose focus and automatically select Decline

I have checked this issue with the following build from cycle 7:
XamarinStudio-6.0.0.5102_2f39383032b0284d239255ca20b487ecf3a779b0

I observed that this issue has been fixed. Now, package acceptance dialog is shown for required packages and the user selects Accept/Decline.
