Description of Problem: Hi, i can't write ascii characters.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Alt + Numbers (In numpad)

Actual Results: This is not written

Expected Results:I need to write these characters

How often does this happen? Always

Additional Information: My keyboard does not have the key ">" "<" so I turn to ASCII code, but it does not work.
