[XVS C6SR1] Text annotations to indicate dimensions do not appear in asset catalog until reloading the editor after enabling new entries via the Properties Window
## Regression status: regression in "Cycle 6 – Service Release 1"
BAD: Xamarin 22.214.171.124 (a78562a)
BAD: Xamarin 126.96.36.199 (f869dba)
BAD: Xamarin 188.8.131.52 (7082690)
GOOD: Xamarin 184.108.40.2067 (1390b70)
In some sense this could be considered a "new feature bug" more than a regression because it was probably introduced by the new mechanism of enabling icon sizes via the Properties Window in "Cycle 6 – Service Release 1".
## Steps to replicate
1. Create a new "Visual C# -> iOS -> iPhone -> Singe View App (iPhone)".
2. Right-click the "Asset Catalogs" entry in the Solution Explorer and select "Add Asset Catalog".
3. Add the default asset catalog named "Media".
4. Click on the "AppIcons" heading in the asset catalog editor.
5. Open "View -> Properties Window".
6. Set "iPhone - iOS 6.1 and Prior" to "True".
(See also the attached screen capture.)
The new entries that appear in the asset catalog editor are missing text annotations to indicate the pixel dimensions of the new entries.
After step 6, save the asset catalog, close it, and then reopen it from the Solution Explorer. The dimensions will now appear as expected for all of the entries.
## Additional version info (brief)
Visual Studio 2013 Update 5
Windows 10 (64-bit)
This will be fixed when we revamp asset catalog editor.
