docsync failed log

Using the latest alpha, iOS DocSync was failing for me and crashing Visual Studio. Log attached.

Copying CommandLine.dll from the CommandLineParser NuGet package to the Xamarin extension folder fixed it.

I have checked this issue with latest C7 build and observed that the DocSync successfully download without any crash.

Hence marked this issue as Verified Fixed.
