Since today, I am not able to deploy the app to the iPad (3) and iPad Mini 16gb , 3g and wifi(Model: MF450HC/A). This is the error: kAMDIncorrectArchitectureError.
"error MT1006: Could not install the application '/Users/amanda/Projects...iOS/bin/iPhone/Debug/build-ipad2.7-9.0.2/MiXFleetiOS.app' on the device 'Dev iPad Mini': AMDeviceSecureInstallApplicationBundle returned: 0xe8000087 (kAMDIncorrectArchitectureError).

Using ARMv7 + ARMv7s + ARM64, Don't Link Linker behaviour
I have attached the info.plist
deployment on these devices was working last week (before updates~). The deployment works fine on my iPhone 6.

@Jeff, it looks like the device specific build logic is selecting the wrong architecture 32-bit iPads.
Fixed in cycle7 and master
I have upgraded to the latest version (6.0 (build 4801), Xamarin.iOS Version 220.127.116.11. Is the fix in this version?
I still experience the error.
