i installed latest mono and xsp on latest CentOS 7, from your repo, and getting this error when running xsp:

Cannot open assembly '/usr/lib/mono/2.0/xsp2.exe': No such file or directory.

Thanks for the report. I fixed this in https://github.com/mono/xsp/commit/00e7a4d8109386cb7506b811aa86ba7acc47796e for xsp, it'll be in the upcoming Mono 4.4 release.

As a workaround in the meantime you can use xsp4, which points to the same executable.
