The original App class file name is set to the project name

When creating a new Xamarin.Forms solution in Xamarin Studio, it names the `.cs` file containing `public class App{}` to `[Project Name].cs`

For consistency, it is cleaner to name this file `App.cs` instead of `[Project Name].cs` because it contains the App() class.

Still appears to be the case for VSMac.
