XBuild can handle only one PostBuildEvent entry. 
The second entry is not executed and ignored.

I assume it will be fixed by the msbuild switch.

PostBuildEvent is a property, so, it will only have one value. Any "later/subsequent" entries would override the previous value.

Can you show the project file that you are trying to build?
