Description John Miller [MSFT] 2016-02-18 16:27:37 UTC

The segmented control does not get the constraint handles in the designer.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

   1. Create a new iOS project in VS.
   2. Open the storyboard
   3. Drag a Segmented Control onto the View
   4. Click it once to show the resizing handles
   5. Click it again

**Actual Results:**

   The control is selected

**Expected Results:**

The second click should show the contraint handles

**Build Date & Platform:**

Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015
Version 14.0.24627.00 Update 1 RC
Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 4.6.01038

Installed Version: Community

Xamarin.Android (e98e962)

**Additional Information:**

Note* This _does not_ work in XS 5.10.2. The same behavior as VS is happening in 5.10.2. However, XS 6 appears to be _working_ as expected.

If it's working in XS6 then we can probably just close this. We're already shipping that in alpha, along with an updated VS which would also have the fix, whatever it was.
