Description Adam Hartley [MSFT] 2016-02-04 10:09:28 UTC
## Steps to reproduce

1. See next private comment as sample contains production code

## Expected result

No crash

## Actual result

App crashes - unable to provide any extra info as we could not reproduce this locally (see notes)

## Notes

This only seems to occur on an iPhone 6 Plus - unable to reproduce on a 6s and 6s Plus.
Comment 2 Rolf Bjarne Kvinge [MSFT] 2016-02-04 11:27:40 UTC
Can you attach a symbolicated crash report for the crash and any output to the device log? I don't have an iPhone 6 Plus, so having the crash reports / device logs might provide ideas for where to look even if I might not be able to reproduce the crash.
Comment 3 Ron Sijm 2016-02-08 09:02:58 UTC
Hey, after the crash happens there doesn't seem to be any log on the device. I've attached a log of all I could find
Comment 4 Ron Sijm 2016-02-08 09:04:17 UTC
Created attachment 14935 [details]
log files and trace symbols
Comment 5 Rolf Bjarne Kvinge [MSFT] 2016-02-08 09:07:44 UTC
Can you get the device log (in Xamarin Studio, the menu View -> Pads -> iOS Device Log) from a crash as well?
Comment 6 Ron Sijm 2016-02-08 09:10:45 UTC
Hey, like I posted in comment 3 - after the crash happens there doesn't seem to be any log on the device. I've attached a log of all I could find
Comment 7 Rolf Bjarne Kvinge [MSFT] 2016-02-08 09:18:44 UTC
There will always be a device log, all kinds of information is written there from the iOS device. There might be something apparently unrelated that could give an indication of what's happening.
Comment 8 Ron Sijm 2016-02-08 09:45:45 UTC
Yes, that's the same log as "Xcode -> Window -> Devices -> View Device logs" right?

After reproducing the error, there is no new entree in the logs
Comment 9 Rolf Bjarne Kvinge [MSFT] 2016-02-08 10:10:20 UTC
No, it's not the same as "Xcode -> Window -> Devices -> View Device logs", it's the same as the device console (see the red arrow here: http://stackoverflow.com/a/24714865/183422)
Comment 10 Sebastien Pouliot 2016-04-12 17:41:16 UTC
We have not received further information and will assume this is not an issue anymore. If you can still affected by this please re-open the bug and include the requested information. Thanks.
